• Sunday, May 9, 2010, 8:00 am–6:00 pm
• Monday, May 10, 2010, 8:00 am–6:00 pm—all demonstrations must be fully set by end of day Monday, all shipping crates/boxes will be removed from the booth by 4:00 pm on this day.
• Tuesday, May 11, 2010—only minor last-minute tweaking of demonstrations allowed this day as we will expect VIP tours to visit CableNET.

cablenet dismantle

• Thursday, May 13, 2010, beginning at 4:00 pm, through 9:00 pm.
• Friday, May 14, 2010—all freight must be picked up from show floor (by your chosen freight company) no later than 5:00 pm.

freight shipments

• All Shipments—regardless of whether you are shipping your freight and boxes to the Advance Warehouse or Direct to Show Site—you are required to complete the Freeman Material Handling Form and forward a copy of the form to Freeman via fax (to the number listed on the form) prior to the date your shipment is scheduled to arrive to the Warehouse or Show Site. Failure to provide this form in advance to Freeman may cause a delay in your freight being delivered to the CableNET booth.
• Advanced Warehouse
• Shipments can arrive to this address beginning 8:00 am on Monday, April 12, 2010.
• Shipments to this address must be delivered no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 27, 2010.
• Any shipments sent to this address for delivery outside of the above dates will be refused by the Warehouse. Please coordinate with your freight/shipping company to be sure that your freight is routed to this address for delivery during these dates only.
• Shipping address for Advance Warehouse
• Direct to Show Site
• Shipments can only be delivered to this address beginning at 8:00 am on Thursday, May 6, 2010.
• Shipments to this address must be delivered no later than 4:00 pm on Monday, May 10, 2010.
• Shipping address for Direct to Show Site
• All direct to show freight deliveries must first check in to the Marshalling Yard to be processed and scheduled for dock time to drop their delivery at the show site. Please provide a copy of the Freeman Material Handling Form to your freight carrier.
• Any shipments sent to this address for delivery outside of the above dates will be refused by the Show Site. Please coordinate with your freight/shipping company to be sure that your freight is routed to this address for delivery during these dates only.

rental equipment
If you need to rent monitors or computer equipment, two options are offered by show management. It is suggested that you select one of these authorized show vendor companies for your computer and monitor rental needs. Since Freeman is already authorized to be on the show floor, the delivery and pickup process should run more smoothly than if rentals are secured from outside companies. However, you are free to secure rental equipment from the company of your choosing. Details on available equipment and pricing for A/V rental through Freeman can be located by accessing the Freeman form.
