what are the rules for the cablenet booth and pedestal?

Only three different collateral pieces per pedestal-8 1/2 x 11 size. These can be the vendors standard data/spec product and company collateral pieces.

Only the exhibitor identifier signage produced by CableLabs is allowed at the individual pedestals.

No signage or other items can be affixed to the front or to the sides of the demonstration pedestals.

Please do not bring trinkets—pens, toys, t-shirts, etc.—to pass out at your pedestal.

Please do not order a lead scan devices. With the high-level executive nature of CableNET visitors, we ask that you plan only to collect business cards where and when appropriate.

Business attire is required at all times when staffing your pedestal within the CableNET booth. If you are working another booth for part of the show and happen to have logo items on as attire, please BRING A JACKET to wear in the CableNET booth. Those individuals wearing logo attire rather than business attire will be asked to leave the CableNET booth to change into business attire.

Please have someone staff your pedestal at all times during the show hours, as well as any before or after show executive tour times. CableLabs will provide a tour schedule two weeks prior to show and will continue to update the schedule as new tours are added. All equipment must fit in/on your pedestal, with additional items located in the headend. No racks will be allowed beside your pedestal. Anything sitting on your pedestal should not be larger than a 42" flat-screen monitor-either in height or width. Please use the pedestal as is-no removal of shelves, no drilling of holes, etc. If you have questions on this, please see Jim Rice during set-up.

We recommend that you have only one staff person at your ped at one time. However, should you feel the need to have two staff there at the same time, please advise them to be aware of the visitors and move aside as necessary to allow tour groups and executive visitors to view your demonstration easily.
